I have been practicing law in the Rochester area since
1986. I have earned a reputation for zealously representing
my clients in Family Law, Criminal Law and Real Estate.
I give each client my personal attention. My policy is to
return telephone messages within 24 hours.
In my family law practice, I assist clients with separation,
divorce, child support, visitation, custody or adoption. I
also represent children who have been arrested. In addition,
I have assisted parents who have been wrongfully accused
of abusing or neglecting their children. My representation
includes assisting individuals in Domestic Violence Court,
whether they are seeking an Order of Protection or fighting
an unjust request for one.
In the criminal law area, I represent individuals accused
of violating the law, whether it is a violation, misdemeanor
or felony.
In the real estate area, I work with individuals who are buying
and selling homes.
My rates are reasonable and I offer flexible payment plans.
Arrangements can be made to meet in the evening or on weekends.
